Notice Requirement:
Clients are required to provide a minimum of 30 days written notice to cancel their services with Stackflo.
Cancellation Process:
To initiate the cancellation process, the client must submit a written notice via email or certified mail to Stackflo.
The 30-day notice period begins from the date the written notice is received and acknowledged by Stackflo. Send notice to [email protected].
Billing During the Notice Period:
During the 30-day notice period, the client will continue to be billed for services rendered and any outstanding fees.
Stackflo will work to fulfill any outstanding obligations and provide any necessary support during the notice period.
Cancellations Without Proper Notice:
If the client cancels services without providing the required 30-day written notice, they will be responsible for payment of all fees and charges for the entire notice period.
Refund Policy:
Stackflo does not provide refunds for partial months of service or unused portions of the 30-day notice period.
